Induction Aluminum Circles are specialized aluminum discs designed for induction cooktops. Since pure aluminum is non-magnetic, they feature a clad composite structure to enable induction heating:

Top Layer: Made of 1060 pure aluminum or 3003 aluminum alloy, with excellent thermal conductivity and optional non-stick coating for easy cleaning.

Bottom Layer: Bonded with 430or 410 stainless steel (magnetic layer), which generates eddy currents when interacting with the induction cooker’s high-frequency magnetic field.

Bonding Process: Hot-rolled cladding or brazing ensures the aluminum and steel layers stay firmly attached even at high temperatures.
Applications:
