Engineered for lightweighting, structural integrity, and advanced vehicle performance.
The global automotive industry is undergoing a historic transformation. Driven by stringent environmental regulations, carbon neutrality goals, and the explosive growth of Electric Vehicles (EVs), the demand for lightweight materials has reached unprecedented heights. Aluminum sheet strips have emerged as the paramount material in modern vehicle engineering, steadily replacing traditional steel components.
Commercially, the automotive aluminum market is experiencing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) that outpaces general industrial metals. Automakers are fiercely competing to increase the range of EVs, and reducing vehicle weight is the most effective strategy. Every 10% reduction in vehicle weight can improve fuel efficiency by 6-8% or significantly extend battery range. This industrial shift has positioned high-performance aluminum sheet strips not just as an alternative, but as an absolute necessity for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide.
Electric vehicles require heavy battery packs, making lightweighting imperative to maintain performance and safety. Aluminum sheet strips are now universally adopted for battery enclosures, structural frames, and thermal management systems, driving a massive surge in industrial consumption.
In vehicle engineering, the application of aluminum sheet strips is highly specialized, requiring precise metallurgical properties for different automotive parts.
The 6xxx series (Al-Mg-Si) aluminum sheets are the gold standard for automotive body panels such as hoods, doors, fenders, and roofs. These alloys offer a unique phenomenon known as "bake-hardening." During the automotive paint baking process, the aluminum strip gains significant yield strength, providing excellent dent resistance while maintaining superior formability during the initial stamping process.
Safety is paramount in EV engineering. The 5xxx series (Al-Mg) aluminum strips, particularly 5083 and 5754, are highly favored for battery trays and underbody shields. These alloys provide exceptional corrosion resistance, excellent weldability (crucial for sealing battery packs against moisture), and high energy absorption capabilities to protect battery modules during collisions.
Modern vehicles, especially EVs, generate significant heat that must be managed efficiently. The 3xxx series (Al-Mn) aluminum sheet strips and foils are extensively used in radiators, condensers, evaporators, and battery cooling plates. Their excellent thermal conductivity, combined with brazing compatibility, ensures optimal operating temperatures for vehicle systems.

Relying on strong group support and professional R&D capability, we provide stable, reliable and eco-friendly aluminium solutions for global customers.
The production of automotive-grade aluminum sheet strips requires extreme precision. Today's manufacturing landscape is heavily influenced by intelligent systems and advanced metallurgical science.
Modern rolling mills utilize Artificial Intelligence and machine learning algorithms to monitor surface defects in real-time. High-speed cameras and AI vision systems scan the aluminum sheet strips moving at hundreds of meters per minute, ensuring that materials destined for automotive parts meet zero-defect tolerances. AI also optimizes the cold and hot rolling parameters to achieve the perfect grain structure.
As aluminum cannot be welded to steel using traditional methods, the automotive industry has developed advanced joining techniques. Self-piercing rivets (SPR), flow drill screws (FDS), and structural adhesives are used in conjunction with aluminum sheet strips to assemble multi-material vehicle chassis, ensuring structural rigidity and crashworthiness.
Sustainability is a core trend. Automakers and aluminum manufacturers are establishing closed-loop recycling systems. Scrap aluminum sheet strips generated during the stamping of automotive parts are collected, sorted by alloy series, and remelted. This process saves up to 95% of the energy required for primary aluminum production, drastically reducing the vehicle's lifecycle carbon footprint.
We are redefining the aluminum industry for a greener and more intelligent planet. Rooted in Hangzhou, a vibrant and world-renowned innovation hub in eastern China, we focus on the research, development, production, and sales of high-performance green aluminum products.
Supported by strong technical strength and advanced intelligent manufacturing systems, we own and operate three other major green production bases across China. These modern facilities are designed with low-carbon environmental protection, high efficiency, and stable quality as core principles, enabling us to provide consistent, reliable, and eco-friendly aluminum solutions for global customers.
By integrating technological innovation, green production, and intelligent management, we are committed to reducing carbon emissions, optimizing energy use, and promoting sustainable development throughout the entire industrial chain. We strive to become a trusted global partner in the green aluminum sector, driving the transformation of the industry toward low-carbon, intelligent, and high-quality development.

Our factories have imported equipment from Germany to produce various green and low-carbon aluminum products from series 1 to series 8. With annual production capacity of 50000 tons of aluminium coil, strip, sheet, plate, checkered plate, embossed coil, foil and circle. Our facilities include One Hot Rolling line, 15 Casting Lines, 3 Cold Rolling Lines, 3 Transverse Shear Production lines, 3 Tension Levelers, 24 Annealing Furnaces, and 3 Cutting equipment for circle.

The trajectory of automotive engineering indicates a continuous reliance on advanced aluminum sheet strips. As autonomous driving technology matures, vehicles will incorporate more sensors, computing units, and infotainment systems, adding weight that must be offset by lighter structural materials.
Furthermore, the development of ultra-high-strength aluminum alloys (such as advanced 7xxx series) is pushing the boundaries of what is possible. These aerospace-grade alloys are being adapted for automotive B-pillars and crash management systems, offering tensile strengths exceeding 500 MPa while retaining a fraction of the weight of ultra-high-strength steel (UHSS).
The integration of nanotechnology in aluminum casting and rolling processes is also on the horizon. Nano-treated aluminum sheet strips exhibit enhanced ductility and fatigue resistance, crucial for automotive parts subjected to constant dynamic loads and harsh environmental conditions.

Our products range covers almost all aluminium alloys series 1xxx to 8xxx, especially 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx 7xxx and 8xxx series. With advantages of light weight, great corrosion resistance and easy processing, our products are widely used in packaging, construction, transportation, power and electrical, machining, marine and aerospace industries.
