3003 Aluminium Sheet/Plate is a flat sheet product fabricated from 3003 aluminum alloy, a representative Al-Mn series alloy. Renowned for its balanced performance, lightweight nature, and cost-effectiveness, it has become a staple material in industrial manufacturing, construction, and daily necessities.

Key Characteristics:

- Excellent Formability: It has low anisotropy and good plasticity, enabling smooth implementation of bending, stamping, deep drawing, welding, and cutting processes. Even for complex-shaped parts, it can maintain structural integrity without cracking.

- Balanced Strength and Lightweight: Compared with pure aluminum sheets, the addition of manganese significantly improves its strength while retaining aluminum's lightweight advantage (density is about 2.73g/cm³), reducing the overall weight of products in applications such as automotive and construction.

- Superior Corrosion Resistance: It has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, fresh water corrosion, and weak chemical corrosion. After surface treatment, it can be used in harsh environments such as coastal areas and industrial workshops.

- Good Thermal and Electrical Conductivity: Its thermal conductivity is about 190W/(m·K), and electrical conductivity is about 35% IACS, making it suitable for heat exchange and low-voltage electrical applications.

- Strong Surface Treatment Adaptability: It can be easily subjected to anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis, polishing, and brushing treatments. The treated surface has enhanced aesthetics and durability, meeting decorative and functional requirements.

- Cost-Effectiveness: As a non-heat-treatable alloy, its production process is relatively simple, and the raw material cost is low. It provides reliable performance at a reasonable price, making it widely used in mass production.

    Mechanical Properties

    The mechanical properties of 3003 Aluminum Sheet are closely related to its processing state (temper), and different tempers are designed to meet diverse strength and ductility requirements. The following are the key mechanical performance indicators of typical tempers:

    - O State (Full Annealed): Tensile strength (σb) is 90MPa - 130MPa, yield strength (σ0.2) ≤ 40MPa, and elongation (δ) ≥ 25%. This temper has the best ductility, suitable for complex forming processes such as deep drawing, bending, and stamping.

    - H14 State (Strain Hardened + Partial Annealed): Tensile strength (σb) reaches 130MPa - 180MPa, yield strength (σ0.2) is 110MPa - 150MPa, and elongation (δ) ≥ 5%. It balances strength and formability, widely used in structural parts requiring moderate strength.

    - H18 State (Full Strain Hardened): Tensile strength (σb) ≥ 180MPa, yield strength (σ0.2) ≥ 160MPa, and elongation (δ) ≥ 3%. With the highest strength, it is suitable for load-bearing components that do not require secondary forming.
